This project was designed for an interactive kiosk installation for pharmacy stores. The objectives were to create a point of information for customers using a standing touch screen kiosk which was easy to navigate, accessible and informative. Details from medical remedies, common ailments and advice are on offer with visual keys to help the reader navigate to the required point of information.
An evaluation was carried out on test users to identify needs for a varied age range on design, usability and information content. University project.
