After working for 10 years in several roles including operational management, in 2005 I decided to go back to University. I enrolled on a course that included Multimedia and Internet Technology and completed my 3rd year in Design Futures. I graduated last year from Salford University with a First Class honours Degree.

I am available for freelance work but also take on projects through my company, Red Donkey Media where I have a number of clients.

I would class myself as a front end web designer but I also work in offline media such as print. I’ve worked with a diverse number of clients which has helped me to understand more about client relationships and finding solutions that work best for them from their requirements.

I work with all the popular software titles Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark, Flash, Dreamweaver (although I prefer to hand code). I also work with content management systems like Textpattern and Expression Engine and also EROL ecommerce software and OScommerce.

I also provide consultancy work for a number of businesses from technical support for computer systems (mainly Apple mac) to SEO and ecommerce.
